This page aims to inform you (‘you’ or ‘user’) about how we handle your personal data on our Classified mobile application (‘Mobile Application’).

Why do we process your personal data?

Make use of the Mobile Application

When you visit the Mobile Application, the following (personal) data will be collected to set-up a user account as well as ensure proper operational functioning of the Mobile Application:

1. User name
2. User email
3. Details about IP, time of the request, method, size of the file received in the response, server status, origin, time details
4. Details about the user visits to the Mobile Application like time details and path followed
5. Details about the Mobile Application device firmware update process, like start and completion
6. Details of a user device operating system bicycle, like name and type
7. Details and parameters of a user device, like device name, type, hardware version, firmware version, unique id, device operating system

This information is kept until you would decide to remove your user account.

Receive support

By using the support form on our Mobile Application you can reach out for support. By submitting the form you give consent to process your personal information to handle your query and contact you. The information provided to support is kept for a maximum of 90 days.

Register your Classified product

You can register your Classified products on our Mobile Application. To register your component, we require some (personal) data such as contact details and component serial numbers. We store this data for as long as the component remains registered.‍

Who will receive your personal data?

The following parties may handle your personal data:
• Relevant Classified team members
• Third party software such as office tools, financial tools, recruitment tools and Mobile Application-related tools. Third party software tools may only process your data on our behalf
• Classified authorized dealers that are presented on our dealer locator and for which you have scheduled an appointment

Transfers to countries outside of the EU/EER

We use cloud infrastructure to support the Mobile Application which is located in West Europe. In the event data would be transferred outside of the EU/EER our cloud provider will ensure safeguards that include Standard Contractual Clauses (or SCCs, model contracts created by the European Commission).

Your rights

Whenever you share personal data that is processed, you have certain rights linked to such processing. To summarize, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we process of you
• Rectify any data that may be incorrect
• Ask for erasure of any personal data, but keep in mind this right is not always applicable. If in doubt, contact us and we will be happy to help you out
• Ask for restriction of the usage of your personal data. In some situations you may not want us to delete your data, but you may not want us to process your data for specific reasons.
• Object to certain processing of personal data, for example if we would send you a newsletter as an existing customer and you no longer want to receive our newsletter. In this example we will always include a link in the newsletter that allows you to cancel your subscription to the newsletter
• Receive back any data you provided to us in a universal format
• Withdraw the consent you gave us (see earlier chapter in this privacy policy).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (BDPA) if you feel we have not correctly processed your personal data. Keep in mind we are always willing to discuss any complaint you might have.
